We are Nelson and Barbra
Fox. We are living our Big Dream by inspiring others as they identify their life
purpose and live their big dream. We were first inspired by the book, The Dream
Giver written by Bruce Wilkinson. Following that we read the Purpose Driven Life
by Rick Warren and then took the Discover Your Life Purpose Workshop created and
presented by Dave and Dawn Lind of Focus on Purpose Network. We knew that
our purpose was to be a part of giving others the opportunity to learn to
discover their life purpose through the workshops, to help them establish a Debt
Free Focus and get organized in goal setting and setting out on their pathway of
purpose for their Big Dream. Dave and Dawn have trained us to do just that
and we are excited to be a part of Big Dreams all over the world as we walk out
our Big Dream.
Nelson
was trained in the electronics & radar field in the Navy. He served on the USS
Forrestal in the Mediterranean and the USS America in the North Atlantic. After
returning to the Kansas/Oklahoma area he worked as a drafter in the
petrochemical industry. Later he trained and became a lead designer. He has
worked in the nuclear field since 1994. He now coaches and does Mentorship for
the workplace.
Barbra has worked in
real estate related fields. She has owned a title and escrow company, worked
with a real estate appraisal service for agricultural and commercial properties and
worked as a land buyer for the state of Washington’s Department of Fish and
Wildlife. She now coaches and trains and has also been a member of 48 days Coaching
with Dan Miller from 48 Days to the Job You Love.
Nelson and Barbra have many years of experience in leadership, public and
motivational speaking, ministry, coordinating, teaching & training. Nelson and
Barbra graduated from the In Christ Bible School in 1998 and became licensed
with Full Gospel Fellowship Ministers International in 1999. They have been
coordinators for Dave Ramsey’s ‘Financial Peace University’. They have been
involved with many community and state volunteer projects and enjoy meeting
and working with people of diverse backgrounds.
Nelson and Barbra were married in 1992 and Barbra’s children became Nelson’s
as well. Together they have 2 sons and a daughter and 8 grandchildren who are
truly a blessing.
