Michael is a Training and Coaching specialist with twenty-four years of
experience in education and four years experience in coaching.
Michael is a Christian Coach and has been actively involved in the coaching
community since starting Crossways Life Coaching in June of 2002. He graduated
from the Institute for Life Coach Training in February 2003 and completed the
Certified Life Coach requirements in September 2003. He specializes in coaching
individuals in career, transitions and general life coaching. Michael also works
with small business owners and executives to develop personally and
professionally vibrant and balanced lives.

with 16 years in the field of addiction and relapse prevention
counseling. I am grateful for opportunities to coach
individuals trying to attain and/or maintain stable remission from
various addictions. I also have a strong desire to help Christians
avoid spiritual and/or moral relapse. I do encourage group
sessions, this gives added encouragement in hearing how others are
